The purpose of this paper is to analyse the technological model of "cloud computing" as instrumental for Enterprise Management and Economics. This is done through concrete data research to identify, highlight and evaluate the benefits, opportunities rather than costs and potential limits and risks in adopting it, and also potential strategies based on these services.
