It is necessary that tourism continues to grow in terms of productivity. Indeed it is one of the leading sectors of the Italian economy. Thanks to a research case (Galata Museo del Mare), we will seek to understand how the enhancement of tourists’ experience – based on the interaction with the natural and /or anthropological (museums, exhibitions, etc.) environment – can be used to make more attractive tourist products. The level of attractiveness will be measured using online reviews present on Tripadvisor website.
