Abstract

Working in an organisation does not mean exclusively solving problems, performing more or less standardised procedures and taking decisions. These are simply the evident factors which describe the activities in which the individuals are daily busy in the workplace, apart from the hierarchical role and the levels of autonomy and responsibility possessed. Together with these factors, far more important are the hidden factors concerning feelings, emotions, needs and interests of individuals. Factors which, even if they are not formally part of the organisation of companies, can influence it.
