This study reports a protocol for in vitro regeneration of Salvia x jamensis J. Compton starting from nodal explants of axenic plants and using Murashige and Skoog basal medium containing 0, 3.0, 6.0 or 12.0 μM thidiazuron. The addition of 3.0 μM 6-benzyladenine increases the production of regenerated shoots.
