Starting from the interim findings regarding the interdependence between plurilingualism and literary creativity that were published in Polyphonie - Mehrsprachigkeit und literarische Kreativität (2010), this paper describes the more broadly conceived project which is the web portal Polyphonie. Mehrsprachigkeit_Kreativität_Schreiben. It first discusses the possibilities (and limitations) of a scientific web portal in view of the hype surrounding “Web 2.0” and the claims of a communication culture marked by folksonomy and then goes on to introduce the portal itself in screenshots, explaining its structure, in particular the division into publication platform and interview database, and underlining its ongoing potential for growth through the input of collective intelligence.
