The object of this trial, involving 99 patients, was to compare the effect of lysopirartrina, a combination of lysoartrosi, (which is a polypeptide extract from animal organs) and methampyron (dipyrone), with the effect of the individual components. The results confirmed that lysopirartrina had better analgesic and anti inflammatory activity than its individual constituents and appeared to be better on total clinical assessment. Excellent or good results, in respect of analgesic activity, were seen in 76% of the patients, and in 63.2% in respect of its anti inflammatory effect. The total effect was excellent or good in 72.1%. The results showed the preparation to be equally as effective as phenylbutazone and it caused side effects in a noticeably smaller percentage of cases.

Abstract
The results showed the preparation to be equally as effective as phenylbutazone and it caused side effects in a noticeably smaller percentage of cases.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
