The Mt Toraggio and Mt Pietravecchia mountain group geographically constitutes the southernmost extreme of Alps and it has been recently defined as an important biodiversity hotspot by some biogeographical studies. A two years collaboration with the Ligurian Alps Regional Park let us to undertake a complete distribution survey of endemic and rare plant of this area. Cartographic results and ecological analysis let to define new important information for the future conservation management of the Natural Park.

Abstract
