Abstract
In the background noise symbolized by grey, with its composure, its sense of balance, its calm, sometimes misunderstood for mediocrity, the force of colour stands out, shows up, shines, its vitality is disclosed. Colour can. Because colour in any of its habitat keeps alive the dialectic between reason and emotion, between feeling and intelligence. It merges with memories, traditions, desires. Unlike spoken language, colour is a communication medium with unlimited interpretation possibilities. It is a living instrument. Which are the effects that finishing, objects, space produce on the quality of life that is played in them and with them? If colour merges with memories, traditions, desires, is it possible, using design, to create friendly spaces and objects, to be comfortable with and that allow living such environment as our own. But which are the consequences? How to measure them? Every research, every project, finds its validation trough the examination of the results. Which results, which effects? Working on the surface of things, on the skin, what can be transmitted trough colour and how? Which is the relation that occurs between surface and meaning?I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
