The empirical analyses and the econometric estimations on the peculiar features of loans in Project Financing are very recent and very few. In this article I try to fill this gap, with particular focus on the impact of these features on the term structure of interest rates. Some counterfactual results are obtained: for instance, the greater the number of the bank syndicate, the greater the spread of these kind of loans compared to others.

Abstract
The empirical analyses and the econometric estimations on the peculiar features of loans in Project Financing are very recent and very few.
