In this paper we extend the notion of UC-set to non-Abelian compact groups and prove some characterization which generalize well-known result; as a consequence we are able to prove that any compact group contains UC-sets in great profusione and that UC-sets and central UC-sets coincide. Moreover we study UC-sets over SU2, giving a concrete example and showing that the union problem has a negative answer in the non-Abelian case.

Abstract
