This paper presents the training programme prepared by the University of Valle D’Aosta and that started from the 2008/2009 academic year. The training programme is mandatory and associated with the Pedagogy Integration course and is designed for students studying the Degree Course in Primary Education Sciences. The foregoing training course was guided by a number of fundamental questions: (1) is it possible to sustain the inclusive process by leveraging a training programme that is aimed at all teachers? (2) Which aspects do we need to focus on in order to acquire the necessary skills to initiate the inclusion process? (3) Can we address improper forms of delegation and shirking of responsibility and build a collective and participative awareness, if all teachers, not just those specialized in disability, have special skills? The results of the training programme showed that the students developed a greater methodological and relational planning awareness with a teaching approach that is performed in a learning environment that really aims to include all.
