Abstract

The integrated market postulates the development of a modern and socially inclusive economy, which does not neglect the needs of citizens and vulnerable consumers. The achievement of these objectives also depends on the ease of access to payment services, as implemented in Italy, Belgium and France by the transposition of the European directive 2014/92/UE (P.A.D.). This article highlights the differences in the transposition of the European harmonized law, due to the different access to basic banking services.
