Abstract

In 2010, the Basilicata Region has adopted an electoral law, that has been declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court because it was approved without having in advance adopted a new regional statute, as required by constitutionally relevant norms. This last has been approved in 2016. Therefore, we will see if the time has come for the elaboration of a new regional electoral law, without which Basilicata will continue to apply the transitional state discipline
