Abstract
In the Italian archival tradition the concept of institutional and bureaucratic continuity has a wide application in explaining the formal persistence of documentary phenomena that perpetuate very long-lived models. With reference to the concepts of function and activities applied to the archives, the article intends to consider the registration records of port transits prepared by different subjects operating in various places and times in pursuit of different institutional purposes, in order to highlight the common characteristics. In this way it is possible to underline the relevance of some strictly environmental aspects in the defnition of documentary forms.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
