The introduction of cART has reduced HIV-associated morbidity and mortality and changed the patients’ perspective of life.As a result, health-related quality of life (HRQoL) has become a crucial clinical issue. It has been suggested that factors influencing HRQoL in women may differ from those in men. Main objectives are as follows:assessment of HRQoL in a sample of Italian women from IANUA study; investigate correlation primarily between CD4cells count, viral load, co-infection HIVHCV and changes in HRQoL.
