This article is divided into two parts: the first one is an analysis of the concept of “sacra doctrina” in Francisco de Vitoria; the second is a transcription of the commentary of Vitoria on the I quaestio of the I pars of the Thomas Aquinas’ Summa theologiae and the codicological description of the manuscript 2, held in the Archivo Histórico Dominicano de la Provincia de España (Convento de San Esteban Protomártir, Salamanca).
