This the study has the following objectives: to control the occurrence and distribution of information tools available in the various situations involved in our research about Healthcare & Communication, to assess its effectiveness and impact of the intercultural dimension in the implicit and explicit communicative act of such texts - regardless of the linguistic code used and the place of origin of the users - and collaborate, if possible, with hospital structures for the improvement.
