The floristic list derived from a two-days excursion of Ligurian section of Società Botanica Italiana in Ligurian Alps is presented. The aim of this work is to pointing out Ligurian Alps flora characterised by: 1. many alpine species near to their limits of distribution area; 2. species not recorded for Liguria since many years, 3. many endemic taxa of Maritime and Ligurian Alps. Two areas were investigated: Monte Fronté and the mountain ridge between Cima di Cantalupo and Cima delle Armasse that are in the highest part of Imperia Alps, belonging to “Alpi Liguri” Natural Park: the first is characterized by subalpine grasslands and shrubs, the second by oromediterranean grasslands and calcareous rocks. 351 specific or infraspecific taxa were recorded, and their phytogeographical and conservation importance are evidenced.
