Abstract
The integration of an iterative multi-scaling approach (IMSA) with the Inexact Newton (IN) method is proposed for the solution of the contrast-source inversion (CSI) problem. More in detail, the investigation domain is adaptively discretrized performed according to the detected Regions-of-Interest. Then, the contrast-source discretized problem is linearized by means of an IN step, which comprises a truncated Landweber loop. A preliminary numerical validation is presented to assess the features of the proposed IMSA-IN-CSI approach.File in questo prodotto:
