The crack-bridging properties of different organic coatings have been studied over a range of thicknesses and applied temperatures. In each case the data allowed to determine linear relationships between crack-bridging ability (CBA) and coating thickness. In addition, a direct correlation between crack bridging ability and elongation at break of the unsupported films has been found, once verified that adhesion properties do not change over temperature.

Abstract
The crack-bridging properties of different organic coatings have been studied over a range of thicknesses and applied temperatures. In each case the data allowed to determine linear relationships between crack-bridging ability (CBA) and coating thickness. In addition, a direct correlation between crack bridging ability and elongation at break of the unsupported films has been found, once verified that adhesion properties do not change over temperature.File in questo prodotto:
