We prove Holder regularity for solutions of mixed boundary value problems for a class of divergence form elliptic equations with discontinuous and unbounded coefficients, in the presence of boundary integrals. In particular, we study the regularity of solutions in a neighborhood of the boundary.

Abstract
We prove Holder regularity for solutions of mixed boundary value problems for a class of divergence form elliptic equations with discontinuous and unbounded coefficients, in the presence of boundary integrals. In particular, we study the regularity of solutions in a neighborhood of the boundary.
