The paper proposes algorithms to be used in mass movements of entities on complex terrain during civil disorders. The proposed approach has been developed by the authors in the framework of PIOVRA research project, it allows to face a complex scenario such as logistic operations and urban crowd behavior affected by crisis events such as civil disorders.
