The present research is related to the implementation and development of new platforms for fresh food and its integration in ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning). This project was motivated by real industrial case and required specific customization, introducing challenging aspects due to the problem size (referring to an industrial case involving one of the most active retail company in Italy) and also to the complexity of the processes in term of interactions.
