In the genesis of the back pain of mechanical origin, the mechanical problems macaws difficult to be individualized (and correlated to the genesis of the pain), but they represent the 98% of the casuistry of the ache of back. The mechanical problems rise up for: persistence of muscular contractures, chronic postural errors, scarce physical exercise (reduced articular mobility and muscular strength) and alterations of system or tissular (interesting: disk, ligaments, tendons, muscular fibers, articular cartilages and roots of the nerves). The assignment of the physician is that to effect an accurate diagnosis and to send only the patients for which serious pathologies are excluded to the conservative treatment, recognized and specifications, except those mechanics. Suchassignment is everything anything hilts other than simple, for the physical complexity of the acantha and for the existence of correlations among symptoms, resulted of the instrumental analyses, observations and anatomic and physiologic alterations. The graduate’s assignment in motor sciences is that to choose the integrated treatment (adapted motor activity, behavioral education) fit for the particular mechanical problem for that subject. To do this is not necessary only that he knows the various aspects of the integrated treatment, but that she also know the principles of the mechanical origin and that she know how to use them in the evaluation of the answers given by the patient to the therapy.

Abstract
To do this is not necessary only that he knows the various aspects of the integrated treatment, but that she also know the principles of the mechanical origin and that she know how to use them in the evaluation of the answers given by the patient to the therapy.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
