In this paper a new project is proposed to develop a new generation of training equipment, based on simulation and virtual reality, designed to support logistics companies. Not only will this project create simuLators for crane operators and truck drivers, it will also reduce training costs while improving safety and efficiency.. and most of all it will allow the possibility of cooperative training (i.e two trainees operating with two different means of transportation in particular operation conditions, such as a reach stacker positioning a container on a truck.).
