The research addresses the complex issue of labor exploitation, in all its possible forms, contexts and actors involved, while also attempting to outline a general notion of labor exploitation (currently absent in both the national and supranational contexts). The study delves into measures and sanctions to address labor exploitation, highlighting their merits and criticalities, and then hypothesizes a system to combat exploitation that also considers the protection and reintegration of victims.
