Hans Cornelius and Emil Preetorius, two prominent German intellectuals of the 20th century, collaborate between 1914 and 1920 at the Munich artistic training workshops. The article thus investigates the lives of these two intellectuals, focusing in particular on the Kunstpädagogik (art pedagogy) that emerged from their fruitful meeting.
Hans Cornelius e Emil Preetorius, due prominenti intellettuali tedeschi del XX secolo, collaborano tra il 1914 e il 1920 presso i Laboratori di formazione professionale artistica di Monaco. Entrambi s’interrogano su un’educazione artistica che consenta di pensare l’opera d’arte quale esito della formazione umana. L'articolo indaga dunque le vite dei due intellettuali soffermandosi in particolare sulla Kunstpädagogik (pedagogia dell’arte) scaturita dal loro fecondo incontro.
