Moving from the most recent jurisprudential, doctrinal and regulatory trends (including at a supranational level), this work analyses, from a constitutional law perspective, the impact of artificial intelligence on the decision-making models of public administrations, focusing in particular on the maintenance of constitutional principles, institutions and guarantees - first and foremost: the principle of legality - which inform the administrative procedure, the administrative provision and the methods of protecting the legitimate interests of individuals.
