La giustizia oltre i diritti

In my comment to La giustizia by Corrado Del Bò, I focus on the contention that what distinguishes justice from other spheres of morality is that matters of justice are those that can legitimately give rise to claim rights. Although this way of drawing the boundaries of justice captures many cases in which the concept applies, I argue that it does not seem capable to account for central instances of structural justice.
