L’estensione dell’obbligo vaccinale anti SARS-CoV-2 tra fissazione delle categorie prioritarie e mutamenti di prospettiva: alcune questioni costituzionalistiche a margine del decreto-legge n. 1 del 2022

This paper aims to show the changes in management and direction of the Italian anti SARS-CoV-2 vaccination campaign. The author will begin with an analysis of the epidemiological and legal framework from the end of 2021 up to the first few months of this year to identify the innovations introduced by the decree-law n. 1/2022 – with a particular focus on the compulsory vaccination for the over 50 – and the logics underlying these measures, which can be found in the principles of political and social solidarity. The conclusion of this text contains a reflection on the canons of prevention and precaution applied to the pandemic emergency
