Starting from an exceptive clause used by Genoese notaries, this paper considers the tense interactions between the rectory of Santa Maria delle Vigne and the large and powerful family de Mari kinship (which was divided into three distinct alberghi), and their solution, unique in the urban context, from a topographical perspective. By looking at the urban dynamics, at the backdrop of which stands the political alliance of the de Mari with the Popolo, reasons are given for the different locations of each albergo. The main scenario is the neighborhood/compagna of Soziglia. Conflicting and internal relations within an albergo when dealing with patrimonial matters are shown. Finally, the articles offers a preliminary overview of the use of the notarial clause, which can be used to identify areas of tension, by other religious institutions.

Abstract
Finally, the articles offers a preliminary overview of the use of the notarial clause, which can be used to identify areas of tension, by other religious institutions.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
