In today's world, there is an increasing need to promote adult education initiatives focused on Life Skills to effectively address the challenges of our society. Through experiential learning-based experiences, this contribution presents two operational proposals aimed at enhancing certain Life Skills for adult groups, specifically stress management and the decision-making process. The presented programs are designed for training work groups in healthcare systems, with the goal of reimagining, in an innovative way, lifelong learning and adult education.
