Dinamica cooperativa centro-periferia y emergencia pandemica. Reflexiones de derecho comparado

This work aims to show the evolution of central-periphery relationships in the composed legal systems during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. The main objective of the paper is to understand if the situation of the pandemic has strengthened or deteriorated the collaboration between the central state and the territorial entities by adopting a comparative perspective for it. In this sense, it considers whether the different territorial organization of powers between regional and unitary states influenced both the way in which the pandemic was managed and the system of relations between the center and the periphery.
