Abstract

Environment and Constitution: a (first) reading gender oriented – Considering the constitutional amendment of articles 9 and 41 of the Italian Constitution, the author reflects on the relationship between environmental sustainability and gender equality by answering to three main questions: Do the environmental sustainability and the social sustainability share any common objectives in the perspective of gender equality?
