Abstract
Spatial planning based on shared scientific principles must considerate critically historical land use. In fact, the great economic, technological and productive transformations that have taken place over the last two centuries have led to a frequent change in land use, not always respectful of those characteristics of the places that make them actually suitable for the destinations assigned. In this context, a systematic study of the landscape and the territory from a historical point of view is necessary, in order to highlight persistence and changes that make it possible to outline the evolutionary or degradation paths of a territory. This investigation, based on the systematic collection of documentary sources of a textual, graphic and cartographic nature, requires an a priori definition of the documentary types to be considered and requires a close comparison with the organizational structures of the archival memory of the various state organizations of the area considered. with a view to marked diachrony which provides for the rearrangement of the various space-time regions considered as a result of historical and geopolitical paths.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
