Ten years ago, in effect, the notion of Smart-Cities (Info-Cities or Sense-Cities) introduced a new type of efficient urban “management” thanks to the use of Big-data, introducing a various reflections on a new Hyper-Reality associated with cities, territories and the environment. This association is extremely important today at a time when Hyper-Cities and Hyper-Citizens have increased their interactive capacities. A new point of interest that reinforce the capacity to interact with a multiple socio-environmental and informational conditions through he idea of operative and performative processes. Augmented Matters (new reactive and/or responsive capacities) but also Common Behaviors (new “co-active” behaviors).
