Digital technologies are increasingly an important tool for the dissemination of information on the web. Moreover, if they are available to the citizen are able to create awareness and interest in the environment in which they live: territorial identities and traditions from the social sphere but also the possibility of cultural development and improvement of the collective well-being. The use of the web and the shrinking of the digital divide are essential prerequisites to favour the dissemination of a better awareness as well as the territorial development in internal areas.
