The text proposes, synthetically, to point out the current central role of constitutional law in the legal system. In this sense, it highlights the renewing role of constitutional law in the sphere of (private) law, as an instrument for adapting the legal order to the social order. In essence, it emphasizes that from the new structuring function of the constitution, the jurist assumes a central role, which implies the development of constitutional values, in order to achieve a culturally progressive and promotional vision, which allows the development of human dignity
