This paper discusses about legimitation to act and different typologies of non-pecuniary damages as loss of parental consortium, with regard of relatives of the victim, in case of death and personal injuries for tort of a third party. Furthermore this work treats the topic of liquidation according to equity for Tables of Milan and recent italian case law, with the reaffirmation of “danno morale” as autonomous damage.

Abstract
