Over the last few decades, the most innovative EU agricultural policies have supported farmers who have both experimented productive and sustainable farming technology, and tried techniques that can match up the productive needs with the valorization of the environmental and socio-territorial heritage in the rural areas. In this context, particular attention has to be paid to the Neorural Spa Project, which implements a type of third generation agriculture aiming at managing an area of about 1400 hectares localized in the province of Pavia in a multifunctional way. This experience applies agronomic practices inspired by circular economy concepts, which enhance the conservative agriculture and combine the local biodiversity with the functional and architectural requalification of the buildings. Consequently, this research aims to evaluate the real effectiveness of the “neorural” project in promoting economical and socio-territorial progress.

Abstract
Consequently, this research aims to evaluate the real effectiveness of the “neorural” project in promoting economical and socio-territorial progress.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
