The Doñana National Park in Andalusia, is home to a variety of environments (terrestrial, fluvial, coastal and transition). It is in contiguity and functional relationships with other Spanish protected areas of the Mediterranean. In addition to environmental features, its strategic location and the Unesco brand, the park’s development plan also promotes sustainable practices related to agriculture, livestock, fisheries and tourism. This paper will analyze the development envisaged and the activities already underway.

Abstract
