The aim of this work is to develop a critical analysis of some of the theses defended by Cristina Redondo in her article El orden jurídico bajo el paradigma constitucionalista. First of all, the Author tries to attack the idea that we can properly talk about a “violation” of a certain constitutive rule. Secondly, he calls for further explanations on the notion of collective acceptance that is proposed by Redondo.
