In the prognosis of a predictable positive outcome of the referendum of next September, there is in the doctrine the unanimous invitation to the Chambers to take the opportunity to reach, in particular, a more complex rethinking of parliamentary regulations. The contribution aims to envisage less than proportional reductions in quorum when it is intended to enhance the opposite or more than proportional role if obstructionist ambitions are to be limited.
