Carlo d'Asburgo o Filippo d'Angiò? Il fenomeno corsaro durante la guerra per la successione all'ultimo Austrias di Spagna

This research aims to contribute to the studies regarding maritime and naval history. The subject is the privateering in the Italian's coasts during the War of the Spanish Succession (1702-1713). The work will analyse the beginning of this event and his growth in the differents areas ruled by the Austrias or the Bourbons like the Marquisat of Finale, the Kingdoms of Naples, Sicily and Sardinia but also in the neutrals areas like the seas controlled by the Republic of Genoa or by the Gran Duchy of Tuscany.
