Dignità, tutela ambientale, ciclo dei rifuti

This article is dedicated to the analysis of the relationship between dignity, human rights, environment and waste. Firstly, the study depicts the relevance of dignity in legal systems; secondly, it focuses on several specific issues which raise from the dignity perspective. In this context, the reflections about sustainable development are crucial and point out some theoretical issues emergin from the experience. A special emphasis is devoted to some controversial settings like the rights of future generations, public participation un environmental deliberations and common goods.
