This paper concerns scattering and radiation problems by multilayer cylinders with elliptic cross sections, which represent important canonical targets widely considered in several applications in computational electromagnetics. In particular, the two-dimensional Green's function for these scatterers, which has been recently developed, is numerically studied in the case of presence of layers made of lossy dielectric materials.

Abstract
