Dynamic charging of electric vehicle technology aims to deploy the use of electric vehicle on a large scale. In order to realize and achieve an effective and reliable system, the information and communication solutions (ICT) need to be developed. The ICT solutions look particularly to assess areas such as routing, booking of the charging lane, billing, vehicle identification, guidance to charging lane and assistance while charging. In this paper, we review the state of the art of ICT solutions and provide indications for the future research.

Abstract
