The book develop some analysis on the real estate market in Genoa and Savona from 2000 to 2014. The trends of the real estate values within the districts of the city of Genoa and Savona are analyzed by means the data of ASSIMIL, an observatory of the real estate market which collect the data in collaboration with 90 real estate agencies operating in Genoa and Savona. Also some specific surveys on the characters of supply and demand are reported as well as an analysis of the real estate market of holiday homes located along the west and east cost of Liguria.
