The density of the urban contexts and the complex stratification of the buildings' aggregations penalize mobility and external communications making actions of everyday's life difficult. To preserve these contexts, architecturally and monumentally rich, and to improve the inhabitants' quality of life it becomes necessary to outline new concepts to sustain mobility in the historical old towns, delving into the dynamics of the relationship between project capabilities and systems of local resources.
