Abstract

This paper presents an approach to develop a system dynamics model for the evaluation of the quality of accidental and operational injuries elimination efforts at the public transport in developing countries. Capabilities of using IT innovations (Service Based Architecture) not only as a witness but as a service that could bring additional incomes to Public transport companies. This model is based on the results of a case study as well as on literature research. The short introduction of system dynamics method as well as the identified variables with their causal relationships will be presented in the sections. A recapitulation of the findings and prospects on further research conclude the paper.
